With our One-Shot Integrated Solutions for component manufacturing, Fiber Dynamics, Inc. has eliminated the need for costly and time-consuming secondary processes, passing these benefits along to you, our customer. Serving the aerospace industry, including military aviation, as well as marine, automotive, and other channels, our Lost Core Resin Transfer Molding (LCRTM) and out-of-autoclave processes produce cost-effective finished complex hollow-cavity components in one pass, no matter how complex their geometry may be and no assembly stage is required. Our process boasts superior control over wall thickness and other dimensional aspects, making it ideal for precision applications like fan ducts, missile system components, land gear components, and motorsport wings.

Our quality standard is AS 9100 Rev. C. We have extensive experience working with aerospace and commercial grade materials, including aramid (Kevlar®), carbon fiber, fiberglass, phenolic, and others.
